The project for the roofing of the warehouse of company Termoigienica Srl located in Cavallermaggiore (CN), is certainly one of the most interesting realized with the system DRYTEC®.

The customized technical solutions, suggested by CentroMetal technicians, the special attention paid to energy savings by the customer and the precise installation of the company Costa Daniele, made the project to be considered technologically advanced.

Roofing
The bearing slab cover is made of precast concrete. The insulating layer is placed on a double warping wood and insulation panels made of natural fiber. The vapor barrier placed between the slab and the insulation, and bituminous sheath make more and more complete the whole work.

The cover system DRYTEC® provides maximum water tightness, thanks to the absence of through holes. The finishes have been thought in every detail, from the ridge turned up against the wall, to the tinsmithery used for completing the roof, from the drainpipes of stainless steel to the special skylights.
