1. First of all the substructure formed by booms and stirrups is positioned and the insulation is arranged, then the ONDUL 18 plates will be positioned: in case of horizontal positioning, the superior plate overlaps the inferior one by the last wave. The plates will be fixed to the booms of the substructure in the points of low wave with some SILPAK screws.
The SILPAK screws are self-drilling screws in stainless steel with a gasket in aluminium and one in E.P.D.M.. They have a low head armonising perfectly with the metallic profile.
2. The TECNODEC profiles allow to realise covering ceilings on big spans in a quick and cheap way. The laying is carried out by putting the plates side by side, and by supporting them to the main beams they are overlapped by the last dentels where they are “sewn” longitudinally through big rivets placed at a distance of about 30 cm.
The profiles are then fixed to the main beams with fixings that will vary according to the material of the supporting structure.
Our TECNODEC profiles have in fact a great versatility because they fit different materials and typologies of the supporting structures (beams in prestressed concrete, iron trusses, lamellar wooden beams, etc....), simply by changing the fixing type.
